A few important notes to follow up from the parent meeting last night:

Player Pass Information

Being new to TFC, this is an area that I had some confusion, which I am sure was shared by some of the parents.

After conferring with TFC management, I have realized going to need some additional information from several parents in order to complete the player passes. The link below outlines the information you will need to provide. I realize some of you have already provided two pictures, but many of these pictures were too large to be used for the player pass. I will be sending out another email later this weekend outlining each child and what additional information they need to provide in order to participate in the games.

Columbus Day Tournament

We are scheduled to play a tournament Columbus Day weekend. With the addition of Andrew Li to team Sweden, that puts us at 10 players. Therefore, the registration fee of $300 for the Columbus Day tournament breaks out to $30 per player. Please bring cash or a check to the Sunday, 9/9/12 game.

Cell Phones

Coach Clarke has requested a cell phone number for each family. Please check the roster document that was sent out yesterday. If the number listed for you is not your cell phone number, please let me know ASAP. Several parents have already provided cell phone numbers, so no need to provide again if you have already done so.

Team Coordinator

A parent is needed to volunteer to be the “team coordinator”. This will involve setting up meals, etc. when we go to tournaments.
