NC Alliance FAQ
Why form the Alliance?
In order to continue to improve the developmental path for our players by providing more opportunities to reach their goals. The Alliance will provide a larger, structured development pyramid, providing a platform for players from both organizations to come together at the highest level.
Why is it called an umbrella organization?
The NC Alliance will act as a separate entity in regards to collecting fees, paying bills, establishing by laws, etc. However, it will be a 501 c, non-profit which falls under the TFC umbrella, and using the TFC tax id #. This allows the Alliance to use the divisional positions which have been earned by the two clubs.
Who will be on the BOD?
The BOD will consist of two members of the TFC BOD and two members of the FVAA BOD.
What ages will participate?

The Alliance will have no immediate effect on how the u13 age groups and below are run. Each organization will continue to provide quality soccer options and run their programs as they see fit.
